From August 2023 to May 2024, I was employed as a Content Creator at Missouri State University. I worked as part of a small creative team of four, collaborating closely with our supervisor to brainstorm and produce weekly video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Our goal was to maintain consistent engagement by publishing at least one video each week. Through this role, I gained valuable hands-on experience in short-form video production, including filming, editing, and optimizing content for social media platforms. I also developed strong collaborative and time management skills, while learning how to tailor content to resonate with a target audience.
Additionally, I worked on various projects throughout my academic career, which allowed me to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. From classes of advertising to management, I developed digital marketing strategies, conducted consumer behavior research, and created branding proposals for local businesses. I also completed in-depth papers and case studies on broad topics such as information technology and global supply chain management. These experiences sharpened my analytical thinking, creativity, and communication skills that prepared me to approach marketing challenges with both strategic innovation and a strong creative vision.
